Return Policy

This return policy applies to purchases from our road trip souvenir shop in New Zealand. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) are not affected by this policy.

Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind)

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty or not as described. Contact us via the Contact page to request a return. We will provide a return address. You pay return postage unless the item was faulty or we made an error.

Refunds for Voluntary Returns

Once we receive and inspect the item we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days. We do not refund the original delivery cost for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Not as Described

If an item is faulty or does not match its description, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact us and we will offer a remedy (repair, replacement or refund as appropriate), including any reasonable postage costs.
